(MUSCOGEE NATION) (MUSCOGEE NATION) The Muscogee Creek Nation Election Office has released the unofficial election results from Saturday’s primary election. Incumbents Principal Chief David Hill and Second Chief Del Beaver were both re-elected after receiving the majority of the votes in their respective contests.
Addressing homelessness among young adults remains complicated, multi-layered issue
(MICHIGAN) According to the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL), it’s estimated that one in ten young adults between the ages of 18 and 25 will experience homelessness at some point in their lives. Data shows the Covid-19 pandemic and self-isolation exacerbated alcohol consumption. A study by the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism shows consumption increased 39 percent from February to November 2020, with a 30 percent rise in binge drinking.
