(OKLAHOMA) Oklahoma Attorney General John O’Connor announced the state had retained Kannon Shanmugam and the law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison earlier this month to help them convince the Supreme Court to overturn or limit their McGirt decision.
